Plane crash leaves 2 dead in Gecitkale AirportA training ultralight aircraft registered to Turkish Cypriot Air Sport s Federation has crashed while landing at Geçitkale Airport on Tuesday killing the two pilots abard.

An ultralight type training air craft registered to the turkish Cypriot Air Sport Federation crashed during landing at Geçitkale airport killing pilots Serkan Özcezarlı and Hakan Çetinkaya. Minister of Trnasport Tolga Atakan was first at the area and told journalists that there was going to be an investigation carried out by experts from Turkey in the following days. He said that it wasnt possible to determine the reason for the accident however the piots were experianced, the aircrafts were regularly checked and the weather was perfect for flying. 
The Director of Civil Aviaition Mustafa Sofi also told Jurnalists that the pilots did not show any sign of distress while on their fianl approach to the airstrip during their communications with the tower at Ercan. 
The investiagation continues.
