Police relates suspect of abduction with another burglary incident

Police department announced on Saturday that a suspect of an attempted abduction and burglary Danyal Ozdilaver potentially has a connection with the earlier burglary incident.

Police department announced on Saturday that a suspect of an attempted abduction and burglary Danyal Ozdilaver potentially has a connection with the earlier burglary incident.

In the court session of Danyal Ozdilaver who arrested by the police under the suspicion of kidnapping the owner of Arguden Jewelry shop Suheyla Arguden on December 2 in Lefkoa, the police officer responsible for the investigation Cemil Ozalkin expressed that a mobile phone found in the car of Danyal Ozdilaver belongs to a Nigerian student whose phone stolen by the attackers wearing snow masks several weeks ago.

Police officer in his explanations at the court session emphasized that the obtained clue strongly corroborates the claims on the connection of suspect Danyal Ozdilaver with earlier burglary incident.

After the hearing at the court, the judge extended the detention on remand for three more days for the suspect for the implementation of additional investigation.
