A memorandum of understanding signed between Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Industry (KTSO) and Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) on Friday within a framework to increase the efforts to ease the exports from TRNC to the other countries.

In the news report published in Turkish Cypriot media, it was stated that the Turkish Exporters Assembly will be opening an office in TRNC in accordance of the deal.

Speaking at the ceremony the Minister of Economy and Energy Hasan Taoy said that the office will be a milestone for the TRNC as it will open new doors for the countrys economy.

The Turkish Exporters Assembly, established in 1993 is an umbrella organization of exporting firms and associations.

The agreement signed will allow firms registered under the Chamber of Industry to benefit from the experience, knowledge and opportunities provided by TIM.
