The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus has kept its Covid-19 Free record for 51 days now, proving that the country has managed the crisis in an appropriate manner avoiding any strains and failures of the health systems.

After the first case of Covid 19 seen on a German Tourist the country went into high alert and a controlled lockdown until the positive cases were not spotted any more.

The government alongside taking precautions on health and hygiene measures to prevent the pandemic spreading throughout the northern part of the Island, it also took financial measures in order the ease the burden on bossiness affected from the lockdown.

The government that was already on a tight budget due to various reasons including Turkish liras devaluation against foreign currencies, demanded aid from Turkey and received a package that is promised to overcome the public budget.

On the other hand Northern Cyprus being one of the few countries that had controlled the spread of the new type coronavirus has proven to become an advantage regarding the economy.

The property sector due to the Covid Free image has started to bloom says property developers in the TRNC saying that properties were on high demand and the sales of units were promising to the extent of becoming better than the pre-Coronavirus period.

It is explained that the failure of many European countries to conceal the spreading of the virus and the health servies also failing to treat patients resulted in European to seek a more quiet and isolated part of the World to retire.

Property speculators say that the property market in the TRNC was going to bloom in the coming days and the prices were to rise once the flights had turned back to normal.
